Shirin Aryanpour is the founder of Illuminate Her Path, a platform devoted to empowering women through education, wellness, and authentic community. With 16+ years as a physical therapist and a mother herself, she has long been drawn to the connection between our own healing and the way we show up for the next generation. Her humanitarian work co-founding the Northern California chapter of Operation Smile, and her journey as a two-time breast cancer thriver, have deepened her belief that raising conscious kids starts with parents doing their own inner work first.

Geno La Placa is an Executive Leadership and Life Coach, speaker, and retreat facilitator who helps high-achieving women lead, parent, and live with deeper presence and purpose. A former hedge fund CFO, she now blends strategy with soul — certified in Dr. Shefali's Conscious Parenting Method™, Dr. Gabor Maté's Compassionate Inquiry, and trained in neuroscience, somatic psychology, and trauma-informed facilitation.

Geno specializes in emotional and intuitive leadership, empowered parenting, and the mother-daughter relationship.
